BX series Wood Chipper &



1. Application:

   This machine could be widely used in MDF / PB factory, paper industry. It could be the main machine of chip product line, or work individually. Logs, small woods and plates are cut into normal wood chips by drum chipper.

2. Structure:

(1) Drum chipper consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feed mechanism, feeding device, hydraulic system and other parts.

(2) The frame is made of high strength steel plate welding and becoming, it's the support of the drum chipper basis;

(3) The fly knives fixed on the roller, by special bolts which special designed for fly knives, according to the different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automaticly; the small chips drop through screen, the large size material will stay inside machine and get chipped again.

(4) The hydraulic system designed to be refill by manual operation, so that the cover shell of machine could be opened, easier for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.
